The Coolest People I Don't Know!

OK OK I'll say it.... (I AM ADDICTED TO WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEOS.) There I said it.
Are you happy now? Well I know I am. YouTube makes me happy! =D Yeah..... I consider myself to be what I call a "YouTube Watcher." Basically that's all I do. I watch, save to favorites, 'like', share, comment and so on and so forth. I'm not really the video maker. But that's all going to change very soon! I'm hoping to buy My own camera!!!! After being a 'watcher' for years I feel like it's time to be apart of the YouTube Family for real! We'll just have to wait and see what happens. And I say all that, to say this.
All this month some of my favorite YouTubers are doing this thing called, Vlog A Lot in August. Or Vlog Every Day in August. So its something like VALA or VEDA. And there are some others TheGridMonster being one of them. Who are calling it Vlogust! (Which I thinks is so cute.)
So I thought I would make my blog all about these YouTubers that I love so much!

My Room Is My Safe Haven!

This photo just about says it all! I love the way my room looks right now! And I'm not just talking about the (really cool way I was able to edit this photo.) BTW Picnik Rocks!
Everything in my room says something about me. Down to the smell, look and feel!  It's the one place I go to, to get away and think. And its always a happy place for me. I read, play my guitar, listen to my music and just relax! All I can say is I Love My ROOM!!! ;D

This is one of my favorite song right now! This song is also on my pay list, and every time it comes on I think about posting the lyrics. Mostly because it makes me think about being a little girl. And about how sweet and esay that time was. Some times I love to go back to that time in my mind, and just sit and think and remember!

New Fun Wall Art!

Last Monday, I was out and about, when I saw this really fun music wall art, that had a mic on it. The first thing I thought of was my best friend Lyda who loves to sing! (You can watch her sing her heart of on her YouTube page!) But I just knew I had to get it for her. I wanted to make sure this this would be the one she wanted with out a doubt. So I posted a photo of it on her Facebook wall. And what would you know I was right! :) The plan is to take it to her some time soon. But I don't know just how soon that will be.

This one is the one I got for myself. ;) And should be on my wall by the end of the night! All I need to do is find some where to put it! he he ;) I really love things like this!

Lyda and I, have both had a deep love for all things music, for a very long time. Here is a video we did at my Graduation Party in 2009. And now looking back I see just how lucky I am to have had her as a Friend over the past five years. So much has changed. But so much has stayed the same! And for that I will always be thankful!

Sarah Dessen, is one of my favorite authers. I've only read three of her book. But I love them all! I happend upon one of her books by chance, one day at the library. It was summer 2009 and the book was 'The Truth About Forever'. I had been looking for something fun to read. But I came away with so much more then that. Her books have pulled at my heart strings for three summers, now. And they are very much so coming of age books. All of them full of friendship, losse, love, family and self-discovery. With every one that I have read. I have been able to find a little part of myself in them as well. The good & the bad. The happy & the sad. Last summer I read 'Lock and Key' one of my favorites to date. It was just what I had needed, at the time. Something to take my mind off all the hurt in my life. It's amazing what a good book can do! And this summer I have just fineshed reading 'Along for the Ride' her nineth book.
I feel like I have started at the end, of all the great stories Sarah Dessen, has told with all her books. And now it's time to go back to the begining!
